Careers

Field roles for underground and fiber construction: laborers, drill operators, plow operators, and structure-setting crews.

Build Networks, Build Your Future

If you’re reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn, there’s a place for you here. We build the infrastructure ISPs and utilities rely on across Nebraska, Kansas, Wyoming, Colorado, and South Dakota on schedule and to the standard. You’ll get clear direction, steady work, and a path to grow.

We’re a professional, family-oriented team that moves fast and takes pride in a clean finish. You’ll work with people who communicate clearly, plan the job before the first shovel hits the ground, and respect the public and the neighborhoods we work in. The result is simple: reliable hours, straightforward expectations, and projects that wrap up with a job well done.

Pay & Benefits

If your crew is strong in underground and fiber work and you run safe, communicative, tidy jobs, we’d like to add you to our roster. We keep scopes clear and decisions quick; in return, we expect safety-first practices, alignment to the plan, accurate daily reporting, respect for the public and the site, and restoration finished to local standards.

Your Growth Path

We hire for potential and promote from within. You’ll learn the fundamentals, first tools, equipment, site setup, and restoration. As you grow, you’ll take on more responsibility: operating equipment, helping with depth checks and measurements, and supporting documentation. From there, the path is clear: learn the work → lead a crew → manage routes and projects.

Safety Is Everyone’s Job

We don’t cut corners. Crews hold daily tailgate talks, review job hazards, and use required PPE. We maintain housekeeping that keeps people safe, coordinate traffic control where needed, and barricade work zones appropriately. When something unexpected shows up, we slow down, communicate, and choose the safe path forward. The goal every day is the same: go home in the same condition you arrived.
